Dublin Airport is due to complete its €1.8 billion, five-year capital investment program in 2024. With 140+ live projects currently being delivered on the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform, Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) has now onboarded 200+ supplier companies to work in its Connected Data Platform. DAA has adopted a digital-first mindset and this session will explore how the in-house Information management team has enabled an extensive cross-functional ecosystem to work in collaboration and deliver excellence at Dublin Airport. The scope of works covers piers, terminals, airfield works, and baggage systems with Dublin Airport using Autodesk technology, ISO-compliant workflows, and digital delivery best practices to break down silos and deliver quality data directly into their operational systems. This session will explore the strategy and approach taken to tango with 200+ companies and thousands of stakeholders.
